To the creditors and parties in the interest of the aforementioned debtor:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Modzel’s Dairy Farm, LLC, the obligor hereof, has filed an Application for the Sale of Real Estate Free and Stripped of Liens, for the following property:
An acre and a half of vacant land located in
Cooper Township, Clearfield County, PA, described as
Plot No. 4 in the deed registered in the Inst. No. 200322667
at the Clearfield Registrar of Deeds Office
County, Pennsylvania, and with the tax index number.
The gross sales price is $18,500.00 subject to higher valid offers received at the hearing on the motion on July 6, 2022 at 10:30 am The buyer has made or will make a down payment of $100.00 and any possible down payment will be required. bidder. The balance of $18,400.00 must be paid within thirty (30) days.
